Wayvis plans to build a new RF GaN factory, which is expected to start production in 2027.

Wayvis plans to issue 33.5 billion won worth of convertible bonds to invest in the construction of a next-generation radio frequency gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor and integrated manufacturing facility. The facility will be equipped with ultra-high frequency GaN semiconductor production equipment and is scheduled to begin operations in early 2027.
