Minth Group and KKR jointly acquired Nissan's headquarters building.

A consortium comprised of Minth Group, Chinese auto parts giant Minth Group, and an entity under the US private equity firm KKR acquired Nissan's global headquarters building in Yokohama, Japan, for approximately 97 billion yen.
