ROHM will significantly expand its silicon carbide-based power device business while reducing and eliminating unprofitable businesses. By market segment, the company will increase sales to the automotive sector to ¥275 billion, accounting for 55% of total sales, and expand sales of industrial equipment for artificial intelligence servers.
