Recently, Zhiyuan Robotics completed its shareholding reform, and its affiliated company underwent industrial and commercial registration changes. The company name was changed to Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., and the company type was changed from a limited liability company (foreign-invested, non-wholly owned) to a joint-stock company (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment, unlisted).
