DeepBlue Auto and Avita Technology issued a joint statement on November 10th, stating that they had received complaints from consumers who claimed they purchased vehicles through so-called "middlemen" but were unable to take delivery on time, potentially suffering losses. Preliminary investigation revealed that these "middlemen" had no cooperative relationship with Avita, and their actions not only seriously harmed consumers' rights but also severely impacted Avita's legitimate rights. Currently, the public security authorities have intervened in the investigation, and the "middleman" may be under police control on suspicion of committing a crime.
