SMIC North currently has two 300mm production lines, each with a monthly capacity of 35,000 wafers, for a total monthly capacity of 70,000 wafers. Its process technologies cover 40nm and 28nm, including the 28nm Polysion process and the high-k metal gate (HKMG) process.
