On Semiconductor acquires Vcore to improve energy efficiency in AI data centers

ON Semiconductor announced that it has entered into an agreement with Aura Semiconductor to acquire the rights to its Vcore power technology, including a license to the associated intellectual property (IP). The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
