ZhiNeng Technology launches new 3D magnetic tactile sensor to help robots grasp objects with high precision.

Zhineng Technology recently released a new 3D magnetic tactile sensor. This sensor, through its innovative architecture and standardized packaging, solves the problems of traditional magnetic tactile sensors, such as the inability to mass-produce and inconsistent performance. The sensor uses a TSSOP16 package with an overall size of only 5×4mm², containing two independent CMOS chips. Each chip houses four 3D magnetic pixels arranged in a square matrix. This layout lays the foundation for subsequent differential decoupling, common-mode magnetic field suppression, and shear force balance sensing.
