Hesun Petroleum announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in Kuixin Technology.

Hesun Petroleum plans to acquire at least 34% of the equity in Kuixin Technology through equity acquisition and capital increase, and control 51% of the voting rights of the company through voting rights delegation, thereby gaining control. The transaction is expected to be no more than 540 million yuan.
