Xiamen Silan Microelectronics' 12-inch analog chip production line project officially launched

Zhu Lirong, the chief commander of the Xiamen Silan Microelectronics project, announced that the highly anticipated 12-inch high-end analog integrated circuit chip manufacturing production line project has officially entered the launch phase, with the first phase scheduled to begin construction by the end of this year. The project, managed by Xiamen Silan Jihua Microelectronics Co., Ltd., represents a total investment of 20 billion yuan and is expected to have a monthly production capacity of 45,000 wafers and an annual capacity of 540,000 wafers. The first phase of the project involves an investment of 10 billion yuan, with an expected monthly production capacity of 20,000 wafers; the second phase will involve an additional investment of 10 billion yuan, adding another 25,000 wafers per month.
