Li Auto will severely punish those responsible for quality incidents.

Li Auto has penalized those responsible for two quality incidents. One involved a coolant leak in the 2024 MEGA model, and the other involved abnormal noise from the lower control arm bushings in some 2025 L-series vehicles. A total of 18 employees were held accountable, with penalties including contract termination, performance bonuses not exceeding 1, and cancellation of year-end bonuses and promotion eligibility.
