Brief introduction of He Xianqing, the newly appointed general manager of GAC Group

The newly appointed general manager, He Xianqing, is a "local talent" who has grown up within the GAC system. He was born in February (or December) 1973 and graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tongji University in Shanghai with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
