Schaeffler Group sells its turbocharger business in China

Schaeffler Group has officially signed an agreement to sell its turbocharger business in China, acquired through the acquisition of Vitek Technology, to Chengdu Xiling Power. This business unit, currently under Vitek Automotive Electronics (Shanghai), is projected to generate revenue of no more than €100 million in 2024 and employ approximately 50 people.
