The merger between Jike and Geely Automobile is progressing smoothly.

At the third-quarter results conference, Gui Shengyue, CEO of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, said that there are no legal obstacles to the merger between Jike and Geely Automobile and it is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
