The executing court is the Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court. Yichun Langling Enterprise Management Consulting Center was jointly established by Fang Yunzhou, Zhang Yong, and more than 40 other partners. Fang Yunzhou holds 6.9343% of the shares, and Zhang Yong holds 0.9124%.
