XPeng Motors launches innovative carbon hybrid solution, leading the technological revolution in electric vehicles.

In August of this year, XPeng Motors announced that its hybrid carbon solution had achieved mass production, and recently, the XPeng X9, equipped with this technology, was officially released. The hybrid carbon solution resolves the conflict between performance and cost by combining the advantages of SiC and IGBT. XPeng's hybrid carbon module employs a new control strategy, adding a PWM signal distribution module to modulate the MCU's six PWM channels into twelve drive signals, achieving four core operating modes. This innovative design not only improves efficiency under low to medium current conditions but also reduces the MCU's load and enhances system safety.
