At the recent Guangzhou Auto Show, Shen Shaojie, CEO of Volkswagen's partner, Zhuoyu Technology, publicly expressed his dissatisfaction with both FAW-Volkswagen and SAIC-Volkswagen, calling them the "most ruthless client." This assessment stems from Volkswagen's stringent requirements of "difficulty, speed, stability, and value" during the collaborative development of the IQ.Pilot enhanced driving assistance system for gasoline vehicles. After 1,400 days and 100,000 kilometers of testing, the project was finally completed. Their newly released IQ.Pilot enhanced driving assistance system is the first advanced solution in the gasoline vehicle field to adopt an end-to-end AI large model, achieving high-speed navigation assistance, including automatic on/off ramp entry and exit, active lane changing, and smooth passage through high-curvature curves. Its high-speed experience is comparable to that of emerging electric vehicle manufacturers.
