Zhonglian Development Holdings plans to acquire Longteng Semiconductor

On November 21, 2025, Zhonglian Development Holdings announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Xu Xichang, the single largest shareholder and chairman of Longteng Semiconductor, to acquire up to 100% of the equity of Longteng Semiconductor. The transaction consideration is expected to be between HK$4.5 billion and HK$9 billion.
