Volvo's Swedish plant introduces integrated die-casting technology

Volvo's Torslanda plant in Sweden is revolutionizing car manufacturing by introducing integrated die-casting technology. The plant, with an annual capacity of 280,000 vehicles, accounting for 40% of Volvo's global production, plans to use this new technology to produce the EX60 all-electric model, scheduled for release in 2026.
