Jiyue Auto's affiliated company files for bankruptcy

Shanghai Jidu Automobile Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Jiyue Automobile, has been added to the bankruptcy review process, with the company as the applicant. Established in November 2021 with a registered capital of US$400 million, Jiyue Automobile's business scope includes the sale of new energy vehicles and the manufacturing of auto parts and accessories.
