Wolfspeed unveils new automotive-grade 1200V silicon carbide MOSFET

Wolfspeed recently launched its automotive-grade 1200V E4MS series of discrete silicon carbide MOSFETs based on its fourth-generation technology platform. These new devices are designed for applications such as automotive chargers and DC/DC converters, offering superior performance and efficiency. Compared to their predecessors, they feature improvements in switching losses and on-resistance and are AEC-Q101 certified.
