In October 2025, the Indonesian automotive market performed poorly overall, with new car wholesale sales down 4.8% year-on-year to only 74,019 units, and cumulative sales declining 10.5% year-on-year to 635,844 units. Monthly retail sales rose slightly by 1.7% year-on-year to 74,720 units, but cumulative retail sales still declined 9.6% year-on-year to 660,659 units.
