On November 27, 2025, Huawei Cloud underwent a major organizational restructuring. Zhang Ping'an was appointed Chairman of Huawei Cloud, responsible for the company's strategic development. Simultaneously, Zhou Yuefeng, former President of Huawei's Data Storage Product Line, succeeded him as CEO of Huawei Cloud, responsible for the company's daily operations and business expansion.
