Volkswagen Group welcomes new head of strategy

The Volkswagen Group announced that, effective December 1, 2025, Ludwig Fazel will succeed Stefan Weckbach as the new head of Group Strategy, Group Product Strategy, and General Secretariat. Ludwig Fazel previously worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger before joining the Volkswagen Group as Chief Operating Officer of its parts company.
