Shenzhen RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd. sues Lingming Photonics for patent infringement.

Shenzhen RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd. recently filed a formal lawsuit against chip design company Lingming Photonics, accusing it of infringing on RoboSense's proprietary SPAD chip technology and demanding that Lingming Photonics immediately cease manufacturing and selling the chip products in question. SPAD chips, as a key component of LiDAR, are hailed as the "digital heart" of LiDAR. RoboSense launched its digital all-solid-state LiDAR E-platform with its first automotive-grade certified and mass-produced SPAD-SoC chip.
