Avita Technologies submits IPO application

Recently, Avita Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. officially submitted its IPO application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As the core vehicle for the cooperation between Changan Automobile, Huawei, and CATL, its capitalization move is supported by clear growth data: revenue of RMB 15.195 billion in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 169% compared to RMB 5.645 billion in 2023; and revenue of over RMB 12.208 billion in the first half of 2025, a year-on-year increase of 98.52%.
