Landai Technology completes share transfer, controlling shareholder changes

Landai Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhu Tangfu, has transferred shares in the company to Anhui Jiangdong Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., and the share transfer registration procedures have been completed. Following this share transfer, Jiangdong Industrial Investment Group has become the controlling shareholder, and the Ma'anshan Municipal People's Government has become the actual controller.
