XPeng Motors collaborates with Huawei to launch a new range-extending generator.

XPeng Motors and Huawei recently jointly held a media technology sharing session on next-generation range extender generators at Huawei's Songshan Lake campus. At the session, the two companies jointly announced the global debut of Huawei DriveONE's fully integrated high-voltage oil-cooled generator in the XPeng X9 Super Range Extender. As a core component of XPeng's Kunpeng Super Range Extender technology, this generator sets a new technological benchmark for "next-generation range extenders" with an industry-leading continuous power density of 1.88kW/kg, an industry-leading power generation efficiency of ≥92% under various operating conditions, and a seamless range-extending experience.
