Shaanxi Electronics Chip Industry's 8-inch high-performance specialty process semiconductor production line has officially commenced operation. This is the first of its kind in Northwest my country, directly filling the "gap" in integrated circuit manufacturing in the region and providing "domestic chips" for industries such as new energy vehicles and AI. The line's capabilities are undeniable, with a precise focus on industrial-grade and automotive-grade power devices (IGBTs, silicon carbide chips, etc.), specifically addressing the "bottleneck" chips in new energy vehicles, wind and solar energy storage, and AI, directly alleviating reliance on imported high-end chips.
