According to Sina Tech News on the afternoon of December 2nd, multiple netizens with verified Lenovo employee information recently revealed that all employees of Lenovo ISG Shanghai have been laid off. Reportedly, the Lenovo ISG China layoff communication meeting lasted only 15 minutes and was 13 minutes late, with a two-minute pre-recorded message played before the layoffs were announced. According to the leaked information, the layoffs affected "several hundred people in one Shanghai site," including pregnant women. Furthermore, the software, firmware, and OS teams in the China region were also completely eliminated, affecting Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Shenzhen.
