Black Sesame Technologies announced its plan to acquire Zhuhai Yizhi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. through a combination of share purchase and capital injection, with the total cost estimated between RMB 400 million and RMB 550 million. Upon completion of the acquisition, Black Sesame Technologies expects to hold a majority stake in Yizhi Electronics, and its financial results will be consolidated into the group. Yizhi Electronics is a company specializing in AI machine vision algorithms and SoC chip design, with products applied in intelligent vehicles, smart hardware, and smart security.
