STMicroelectronics (ST) is providing strong support to the humanoid robot market through its dual-supply chain strategy and the localization of its STM32 microcontrollers. Cai Yibin, ST's Technology Marketing Manager, emphasized that humanoid robots' demands for MCUs focus on high performance, small package size, high temperature resistance, and robustness. ST's STM32 microcontrollers, with their high performance and rich development ecosystem, meet these needs and help engineers quickly complete prototype designs. Furthermore, ST has implemented a localized supply chain strategy in China, collaborating with Hua Hong Semiconductor to manufacture 40nm STM32 products domestically to better serve the Chinese market.
