Innoscience and ON Semiconductor reach strategic cooperation

Innoscience and ON Semiconductor have entered into a strategic partnership to accelerate the application and deployment of gallium nitride (GaN) in the industry. The two companies will integrate their respective strengths through wafer procurement and other means to promote the application of GaN in new energy vehicles, artificial intelligence, data centers, and other fields.
