BYD's Wang Chuanfu responds to sales decline

At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held in Pingshan, Shenzhen, BYD Chairman and President Wang Chuanfu addressed the issue of declining domestic sales. Wang pointed out that the decline was due to factors including a decrease in technological leadership compared to previous years, a decline in the experience gained from technological achievements, and the emergence of industry homogenization, which is consistent with the cyclical nature of product and technology development.
