Italian Proma Group makes strategic investment in RECARO Automotive

In December 2024, Italian automotive parts manufacturer Proma Group announced a strategic investment in RECARO, with production to be moved from Kirchheim, Germany to its Italian plant. Proma Group's global production capabilities provide RECARO with a flexible industrial network.
