Starry Semiconductor completes over 100 million RMB Series C financing to accelerate R&D of RF filter chips

Recently, Zhejiang Xingyao Semiconductor Co., Ltd. completed a Series C financing round exceeding 100 million yuan, with investors including Wenzhou Venture Capital Fund and Hengyuan Yu Fund. This financing is another significant capital support for the company following its Series B+ financing round completed in May of this year. The funds will be used to deepen the R&D of its RF front-end product line, expand production scale to improve delivery capabilities, and strengthen market expansion and ecosystem cooperation.
