Nippon Hatsumoto Co., Ltd. recently announced the liquidation of its wholly-owned automotive seating subsidiaries in Hubei and Guangzhou, which primarily supplied seats to Japanese brands such as Honda, Nissan, and Toyota. Due to declining sales of Japanese cars in China and the marginalization of its seating business, Nippon Hatsumoto decided to optimize its financial structure and focus on core products such as suspension springs and precision components.
