Baidu responds to rumors of Kunlun Chip's independent listing.

Baidu issued a statement on the evening of December 6th clarifying reports regarding its subsidiary Kunlun Chip's plan for an independent listing in Hong Kong. Baidu stated that while it is evaluating the possibility, no final decision has been made. If proceeding, the plan will still require regulatory approval.
