Joby Aviation unveils military-grade aircraft, developed in collaboration with L3Harris.

Joby Aviation, a well-known California-based company, recently completed a major transformation from urban air mobility to forward deployment. The company successfully conducted the maiden flight of its military-grade aircraft, marking the debut of a special-purpose military version developed in collaboration with defense giant L3Harris. This new aircraft utilizes a turbo-electric hybrid power system, offering longer range and a larger payload, and is equipped with its proprietary SuperPilot fully autonomous flight system. Furthermore, the aircraft will integrate L3Harris's reconnaissance, communications, and mission modules, making it an intelligent platform capable of performing multiple missions on the future battlefield.
