Ren Zhengfei reveals the "special forces" behind Huawei's chip manufacturing.

This team consists of more than 3,000 undergraduate graduates recruited by Huawei from remote areas three years ago. Considering the extremely high complexity of nanoscale chip manufacturing, which involves many professional principles such as optics, chemistry, and materials, traditional blue-collar workers are not up to the task. Huawei conducted a three-year special training program for these graduates and awarded them associate degree certifications, ultimately enabling them to devote themselves to chip production and precision manufacturing.
