Innoscience announced that its 650V GaN devices have been successfully installed in a Changan Automobile vehicle, marking a significant breakthrough for GaN technology in the new energy vehicle field. The 6.6kW OBC system installed in this vehicle was jointly developed by Innoscience and Huichuan United Power, achieving high efficiency and high power density.
