Innoscience continues to expand its GaN chip production capacity

Innoscience plans to continue expanding its GaN chip production capacity over the next three years to meet market demand for GaN power devices. Currently, Innoscience has two 8-inch GaN chip manufacturing plants in Suzhou and Zhuhai, with an overall production yield exceeding 95%.
