Geely Automobile announces final outcome of JK privatization deal

On the evening of December 9, Geely Automobile announced the final results of the privatization transaction of JiKrypton. Approximately 70.8% of the eligible JiKrypton holders chose the share consideration and will receive a total of 777 million Geely Automobile shares; the remaining 29.2% of the holders chose the cash consideration and will receive approximately US$701 million in cash.
