On the eve of its IPO, Hesai Technology sued its 905nm product, Lingque E1X, for patent infringement, seeking 19.8 million yuan in damages. In its prospectus, Tudatong responded that the claim lacked merit, its litigation advisor assessed a high probability of success, and the case had not yet entered the substantive hearing stage; the company was actively preparing its defense.
