Biren Technology plans to launch its next-generation flagship data center chip, the Biren 20X series, based on its second-generation architecture, for cloud training and inference, providing stronger single-card computing power. The architecture design of the Biren 20X has been completed, and it is expected to be commercially available in 2026.
