Biren Technology enters into cornerstone investment agreement with cornerstone investors

Biren Technology has entered into cornerstone investment agreements with cornerstone investors, who have agreed, subject to certain conditions, to subscribe for or procure their designated entities to subscribe for a number of offer shares available for purchase at the offer price for a total amount of US$372.5 million.
