Dubai-based technology company Robo.ai Inc. has officially submitted its application to the interim administrator of Shanghai Jidu Automotive (brand name "Jiyue Auto"), seeking to participate in the selection of strategic investors for its pre-restructuring. Robo.ai aims to accelerate the commercialization of "automotive robots" in high-growth markets such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia through resource integration and technological synergy.
