Introduction to BMW Chengmai Information Technology Co., Ltd.

BMW Chemmax Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by BMW China and Chemmax Technology. Each party holds a 50% stake. It was registered and commenced operations in Nanjing on April 1, 2021. BMW Chemmax is the fourth R&D center established by the BMW Group in China, following those in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenyang. Its R&D scope has expanded from its initial focus on in-vehicle intelligent infotainment systems and mobile applications to include autonomous driving systems, maps and navigation, intelligent voice interaction, in-vehicle operating systems, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.
