AMEC plans to acquire Hangzhou Zhonggui Electronics

Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (AMEC) announced that it plans to acquire a controlling stake in Hangzhou Zhonggui Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. through a share issuance and to raise supporting funds. The acquisition is currently in the planning stage, and the specific asset valuation and pricing have not yet been determined. AMEC stated that this transaction is one of its strategic initiatives to build a world-class semiconductor equipment platform and strengthen the integrity of its core technology portfolio.
