SAIC Motor recently announced that it will directly acquire shares in Zhiji Auto through a shareholding structure adjustment, aiming to simplify the shareholding structure and improve management efficiency. After the adjustment, SAIC Motor's shareholding ratio in Zhiji Auto will remain unchanged, while Metaverse Fund will withdraw, reducing its investment in Zhiji Auto.
